Psychedubasaurus Rex – Live @ the EAV Strut

Each performance features different musicians and even during their sets they change up who’s on stage. Why are you answering these questions (what are you promoting)?
We are promoting your future favorite album – our new self-titled first release. We are also playing a bunch of shows and would love for everyone to come on out!
What 3 words best describe your musical style?
Ferocious seems fairly accurate. Someone once referred to us as ‘weirdo rock’, so we’ll take that also.
What sentence best sums up your latest album?
Our album is like hitting a rock with an aluminum baseball bat – it makes that awesome sound and it feels so damn good.
Jungol – Live @ The Basement – “Places”
Atlanta natives, Jungol, will be returning to 529 for the Hijacking Music Festival 2012. Touring and making music for many years has only helped them become the incredible live band they are today. Jungol’s music is rock with electronic elements that amp up their raw sound. Check out Jungol performing “Places”!
Hail The Titans – “Cesium”
Hail The Titans is one of the out of towners playing this years Hijacking Music Festival. Since they are one of the heavier bands playing the fest, get ready for the walls to shake. Check out their song “Cesium” which is on the fest sampler!
Cusses – “Worst Enemy”
Cusses just released their self titled album and they have been getting radio play around the US. “Worst Enemy” is a stand out track and is also on the Hijacking Music Festival sampler!
Fine Peduncle – “Object Pupa”
Fine Peduncle, from Knoxville, TN, is one of the most interesting performers you will ever lay your eyes on. His music blends electronic and soul by looping samples, bass, and vocals live. It will become apparent quickly that he has an infatuation for insects. All of this might sound strange but Fine Peduncle is one artist you will never forget. Check out the video of “Object Pupa” and then see him in his natural habitat at the Hijacking Music Festival 2012!
